Shipping Information & charges
During this Festive Season, the Tigerland Superstore will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, this may depend on what you have purchased, what shipping option you choose and where you are shipping it to.
To receive your Order before Christmas, please familarise yourself with our Christmas cut off Dates:
Standard Post (5-7 days): Please place your order before the 17th of December, 2018 to receive it before Christmas*.
Express Post (1-3 days): Please place your order before the 19th of December, 2018 to receive it before Christmas*.
Please Note: Due to some products coming from different locations, some of your items may be shipped separately.
Normal Shipping information:
For orders within Australia (excluding memorabilia):
If you choose Express shipping, please allow 2-4 days for your purchase to be delivered in Victoria. For interstate orders, please refer to the Australia Post website: https://auspost.com.au/sending/send-within-australia/delivery-speeds-and-coverage
If you choose standard shipping, please allow 3-5 business days for your purchase to be delivered in Victoria. For Interstate orders, please allow 7-14 days.
Free postage on orders above $150.00:
Please note that currently, we are running a promotion where all orders over $150.00 to be delivered within Australia will receive free Standard shipping. This excludes International orders, Memorabilia orders and Orders sent directly from the supplier.
Memorabilia items will be shipped separately, and often incur additional costs. Shipping for memorabilia will be advised when you checkout. Please allow 21-28 days for delivery. Memorabilia cannot be delivered internationally online, please contact the Club on (03) 9426 4419 for a delivery quote.
Orders for New Zealand will be charged at $15.00 and will be delivered in 21-28 business days.
Orders to other countries will be charged at $25.00. Please allow 21-28 business days for delivery
